We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Engineer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who possesses strong technical skills and the ability to provide exceptional support to our IT infrastructure.

Work Details:

  • Shifts: Rotational (5 Days Working)
  • Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
  • Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating System Support: Provide assistance with OS installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware-related issues
  • Software Support: Assist with software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
  • Network Support: Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues
  • Security Management: Implement and manage security measures to protect our IT infrastructure
  • Active Directory Administration: Manage user accounts, groups, and password resets
  • Remote Support: Provide remote support to users
  • Asset Management: Manage IT assets and track inventory

Technical Skills:

  • Basic OS Installation and Configuration: Proficient in installing and configuring operating systems
  • PC/Laptop Hardware Troubleshooting: Skilled in troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware issues
  • Microsoft Outlook Setup and Support: Experienced in setting up and supporting Microsoft Outlook
  • Basic Active Directory (User/Group Management, Password Resets): Knowledgeable in managing user accounts, groups, and password resets in Active Directory
  • Printer and Peripheral Setup: Familiar with setting up printers and peripherals
  • Basic Networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN): Understanding of basic networking concepts, including IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
  • Antivirus and Endpoint Security Management: Experienced in managing antivirus software and endpoint security measures
  • Exposure to SCCM, BSOD Troubleshooting (Basic Level): Familiar with SCCM and BSOD troubleshooting
  • BitLocker Encryption and Recovery: Knowledgeable in BitLocker encryption and recovery procedures
