Job Title: Secured Loan Training Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced training professional to lead our secured loan training program. The ideal candidate will have expertise in curriculum design, content creation, and delivery, as well as excellent communication and on-camera presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Curriculum Design: Develop structured training modules with clear learning outcomes.
  • Content Creation: Write scripts, PPTs, case studies, and assessments focused on secured loans.
  • Delivery & Recording: Record high-quality sessions, coordinate with video editors, and ensure learner engagement.
  • Certification Path: Define assessments, grading standards, and certification criteria.
  • Continuous Updates: Keep modules updated with market and regulatory changes in secured lending.
Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of experience in secured loans (Home Loans, LAP, or Business Loans) in banking, NBFCs, or fintech.
  • Experience in training, instructional design, or L&D preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English; strong on-camera presence.
  • Ability to simplify complex loan concepts for first-time learners.
Good-to-Have:
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Experience with LMS platforms (Moodle, Teachable, Thinkific, etc.).
  • Previous work on certification or skill-development programs.
