Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide overnight mental health support on a rotational basis.
  • Conduct in-person counseling sessions in student hostels.
  • Facilitate walk-in sessions and manage student appointments through our platform.
  • Undertake floor walks in hostels to build visibility, accessibility, and trust with students.
  • Maintain timely case notes, records, and reports while upholding strict confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to run awareness drives, workshops, and well-being campaigns across campus.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or Counseling Psychology (mandatory).
  • Have 1-8 years of experience working with youth/academic mental health or a strong interest in this area.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with students in an empathetic, approachable way.
  • Be comfortable with flexible working hours, including night shifts.
  • Be fluent in English and Hindi, with knowledge of Bengali being a plus.
  • Be willing to stay on campus.
