Job Description

This role involves providing exceptional customer service to high-value clients via telephone and as the primary point of contact.

  • Responsibilities include addressing client inquiries, performing account maintenance on deposits and money market accounts, and assisting with payment investigations and fee reversals.
  • Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues, meet client requests, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Following up to ensure closure of escalated or referred service tickets and inquiries.
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their current and future needs and discussing progress towards solutions.
  • Ensuring customer expectations are met and establishing rapport with each caller to set positive expectations for account maintenance queries and other servicing needs.
  • Completing banking transactions and identifying opportunities to market bank products to best meet individual client needs.
  • Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of applicable products and services and staying informed about new offerings and changes.
  • Selling, marketing, and sharing information with customers to educate them about financial services.
  • Providing referrals to managing directors or relationship managers for new and additional services.
  • Participating in client loyalty programs, gathering feedback, and developing action plans to address concerns.
