The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or inside sales (preferably for international markets). They will possess excellent verbal and written English proficiency, as well as strong sales and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
* Cold Calling & Emailing: Initiate conversations, introduce company offerings, and qualify leads.
* AI & Digital Outreach: Utilize AI tools and databases for lead sourcing and automation.
* CRM Management: Maintain an updated pipeline of prospects and track interactions.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads for the USA sales team.
* Sales Follow-Ups: Engage with leads through consistent follow-ups and relationship-building.
