Program Manager Role

As a senior technical program manager, you will oversee the execution of high-impact initiatives spanning multiple functions. This is a customer-facing and internally strategic role that ensures the smooth delivery of AI solutions from scope definition to launch.

The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in program management with a strong technical background. You will manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance standards are met.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Own program execution, including AI solution implementations across multiple products and phases.
  • Collaborate with product on roadmap alignment and coordinate with support & compliance teams.
  • Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, managing expectations and communication plans.
  • Apply risk management, change management, and scope management best practices.
  • Drive technical projects through architecture reviews, sprint planning, milestone tracking, and post-launch retrospectives.

Requirements:

  • 7–10 years of program management experience with a strong technical background.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end delivery of at least 3 complex projects.
  • Familiarity with AI and enterprise platforms, experience in banking/fintech domain preferred.
  • Strong understanding of engineering processes and ability to engage deeply with product managers and engineers.
  • Demonstrated success working with offshore and global teams in distributed setups.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools.
