AI Solutions Delivery Lead

We are seeking a visionary AI Solutions Delivery Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge artificial intelligence solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a strong background in data science, artificial intelligence, and generative AI to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, with hands-on expertise in predictive modeling, NLP, Gen AI, and LLM-based applications. Experience in fine-tuning LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations is also highly desirable.

The successful candidate will possess a strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face). Familiarity with cloud-based AI services (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate) is also required.

In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide technical teams and engage with business stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in data science and AI project execution and delivery
  • Proven experience in delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions
  • Hands-on expertise in at least two of the following: predictive modeling, NLP, Gen AI, LLM-based applications
  • Experience in Gen AI solutions including LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and RAG implementations
  • Strong knowledge of Python, ML frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and Gen AI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face)
