Senior AI Development Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled expert in advanced generative artificial intelligence to drive the development of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a subject matter expert in generative AI and related technologies, providing strategic input and solutions to technical challenges.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality AI solutions leveraging deep learning techniques and cloud services.
  • Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to align AI solutions with business objectives, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in AI/ML technologies, fostering skill development and growth within the organization.
  • Design, train, and fine-tune generative AI models for real-world applications, continuously evaluating and improving AI systems to meet evolving business needs.

Requirements:

  • Deep expertise in generative AI and related technologies, including machine learning and deep learning.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to evaluate complex technical challenges and develop innovative solutions.
  • Experience with cloud-based AI services and platforms, including Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure.
