We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our engineering team at India.

Responsibilities
  • Provide product delivery management and leadership for one or more software product delivery engagements.
  • Realize delivery outcomes like quality, schedule, cost for product(s).
  • Manage commercials (specifically gross margins).
  • Manage overall people engagement with direct reporting of PMs/ Leads and next level reporting of delivery team; own succession planning for the product.
  • Own and drive delivery and business initiatives for the product.
  • Establish and implement effective program management and delivery governance framework for the product.
  • Manage senior stakeholder expectations with clear and timely communication and reporting.
  • Ensure delivery health through periodic reviews and by extending proactive support and intervention to reporting project managers/ leads.
  • Drive continuous improvement journeys for delivery excellence, new capability development, efficient operations at the product and (or) the organization level.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, or equivalent additional professional experience.
  • 15-18 years of overall experience with 5+ years on experience in program or product management with large, geographically distributed teams.
  • Extensive experience with Agile and/or SAFe practices with fervor to transform the processes.
  • Good hands-on experience in Java & J2EE with exposure to digital transformation and digital technologies.
  • Very strong business communication, negotiation and conflict management skills.
