Job Title: Engineering Manager

We are seeking a proactive engineering manager to lead our team of engineers. As a seasoned professional with 10+ years of experience, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and refining product development processes.

  • You will manage staff and assign tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
  • Experience working in fintech industry is highly desirable.
  • You will lead teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designs, implements, and refines product development, testing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Manages staff and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.
  • Leads teams in the development of new products, solutions, and processes.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of sector technology and processes.
  • Personnel and project management skills, Strategic Management.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.

Key Skills:

  • Java, Springboot, Microservices, System Design, DSA, code review, HLD, LLD.
  • Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management personnel and other stakeholders.

Personal Qualities:

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment:

  • 5 days a week, working from office.
