Job Title: Senior HR Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead human resources operations. As a Senior HR Manager, you will drive HR initiatives, manage employee lifecycle, and foster a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with leadership to deliver strategic HR solutions
  • Ensure operational excellence in HR operations
  • Foster a diverse, open, and transparent culture
  • Manage employee grievances and violations
  • Execute the end-to-end performance management process
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure regular connects
  • Manage career development processes, including goal setting, internal job rotation, and performance enhancement programs
  • Monthly reporting of HR dashboards and ad-hoc business requirements
  • Drive employee engagement survey actions

Key Initiatives:

  • Participate in company-wide initiatives, including employer branding, employee rewards, events, and engagement initiatives
  • Support HR Head to drive department-level strategic meetings
  • Manage allocated resources for employee engagement, rewards, and recognition activities

Compliance:

  • Maintain and enforce compliance with labor laws
  • Oversee statutory compliance requirements, conducting regular audits to ensure adherence
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and regulatory requirements

Qualification Requirements:

  • Regular MBA/Executive MBA in HR from a reputed university with a proven experience
  • 11-15 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HR initiatives at a senior level
  • Proven experience in managing a team of minimum 2 members is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, payroll compliance, and HR best practices is essential
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in HR Automation, AI Enabled tools, Payroll System, strategic initiative, and MS Office Suite is required
