Restaurant Content Manager

About this role:

As a Restaurant Content Manager, you will be responsible for creating and publishing new restaurant listings on the platform with accurate information, images, and offers.

You will audit and update restaurant profiles to maintain accuracy and consistency in menus, offers, timings, and other details.

Additionally, you will upload, maintain, and organize restaurant data efficiently across internal systems.

It is your responsibility to ensure all content follows the company's guidelines for accuracy, tone, and brand standards.

Furthermore, you will monitor competitor platforms for new restaurant launches and updates.

Based on this tracking and market trends, you will create a priority onboarding list for the sales team.

Lastly, you will work closely with design, tech, and sales teams to ensure smooth onboarding and timely updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and publish new restaurant listings on the platform.
  • Update and maintain restaurant profiles for accuracy.
  • Organize and maintain restaurant data within internal systems.
  • Ensure content meets company standards.
  • Monitor competitors for new restaurants and updates.
  • Create onboarding lists based on competitor tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless onboarding.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large volumes of data accurately.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) a plus.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate across teams.
  • A proactive approach with interest in the food and hospitality industry.
