Article Assistant Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented CA Articleship Professional to work on overseas companies in various functions such as Audit, Accounts, Tax, MIS, and Compliance.

The ideal candidate should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or IPCC/IPC qualification. You should be familiar with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and comfortable with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP, or QuickBooks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit, Accounting & Financial Reporting: Assist in audits by preparing documentation, testing transactions, and drafting financial statements and schedules of an overseas Group.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Support preparation of tax filings and compliance documentation.
  • Research & Standards Interpretation: Stay updated on accounting principles, auditing standards, and regulatory changes.

Requirements:

  • Education: Pursuing or completed degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance—or IPCC/IPC qualification in progress.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS), and comfort with Excel and tools like Tally, SAP or QuickBooks.
  • Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, attention to detail, good communication and teamwork skills, time management.
