Job Opportunity: Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a self-motivated individual with high ownership, creative outlook, analytical skills, and user empathy to join our growth team.

The ideal candidate will have experience with high-budget ad campaigns, be willing to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize campaigns end-to-end on various channels to maximize Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Innovate new campaign ideas and share them with other team members.
  • Work closely with the design and content teams to develop best-in-class marketing campaigns optimized for new user acquisition & conversion, relevance, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on campaign production schedules, modify activity and notify stakeholders of relevant outcomes, fluctuations, and plans.
  • Continuously track and measure campaign level, ad-set level, and ad level performance and come up with actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
  • Previous experience of running Google and Facebook ads extensively.
  • Have run ads on lookalike audiences, custom audiences, and interest-based audiences.
