Our company is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our cross-border payments strategy, managing relationships with clients across regions and driving merchant acquisition through a robust sales strategy.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in business development or sales within cross-border payments, fintech, or foreign exchange, with expertise in international markets and a proven track record in cross-border deal-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying and securing new business opportunities across regions
  • Developing and executing a robust cross-border sales strategy aligned with regional market needs and regulations
  • Engaging with key partners, marketplaces, financial institutions, and eCommerce platforms to promote our cross-border payments solutions
  • Contributing strategically to new market entry and expansion initiatives across primary geographies

Requirements

  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in cross-border sales
  • Strong performance history in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Demonstrated consultative selling skills and the ability to close high-value deals
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to manage relationships across multiple stakeholders
