Key Duties and Responsibilities:

A Data Steward plays a crucial role in managing and ensuring the quality, integrity, and security of an organization's data.

This involves maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, identifying and resolving discrepancies, and implementing measures to prevent data breaches.

Additionally, a Data Steward must be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

They must also be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders, both within and outside the organization, to ensure that data is accurately represented and understood.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.

You will be responsible for monitoring data quality, identifying areas for improvement, and developing strategies to enhance data accuracy and completeness.

You will also be involved in the development of training programs to educate employees on data management best practices.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience with data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL and Excel, is highly desirable.
