About The Role

Lilo is revolutionizing procurement for commercial real estate businesses by providing a single platform to automate and optimize procurement processes using AI.

We streamline workflows like invoicing, vendor management, and price comparisons saving our clients both time and money. Our goal is to improve efficiency and reduce costs in the procurement process.

  • Develop maintain and optimize backend services using Node.js and JavaScript ensuring high performance and scalability.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers to support efficient data processing and analysis.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Collaborate in designing backend architecture to ensure efficient processing and data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in backend development.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in backend/full-stack engineering.
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Python JavaScript and MongoDB.
  • Experience using Docker.
  • English or Spanish proficiency at C1 or C2 level both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: You are proactive accountable and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
