Job Title: Software Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software development lead to shape the backend of our live financial platform. The successful candidate will join a lean team responsible for developing core features, transactions, and secure APIs.

This role focuses on building and extending backend services using TypeScript/Node.js. You will be responsible for writing transactional business logic for financial flows, designing and maintaining PostgreSQL schemas, migrations, and queries, as well as integrating with third-party APIs securely.

You will work closely with the team via GitHub and CI/CD workflows to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of real customers and regulatory scrutiny.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing scalable and efficient backend systems.
  • Developing and maintaining complex transactional business logic.
  • Collaborating with the team to improve existing systems for performance, reliability, and audit requirements.
