About the Role

The Payments Processing Operator is accountable for the complete and accurate capturing of payment transactions, including physical cash/valuables transactions. You will ensure that all payment-related information and relevant parties are processed according to established Service Level Agreement (SLAs) and industry guidelines.

Responsibilities
  • Process items adhering to procedures and cut-off times.
  • Assist the team in day-to-day operations, liaising with sending locations as needed.
  • Communicate process-related clarifications received from sending locations to the team.
  • Collate data regarding process issues and communicate them to the Manager.
  • Carry out all EOD functions as per checklists and maintain relevant records.
Key Requirements
  • Clear understanding of Payments flow
  • Well-versed with SWIFT
  • Risk and Regulatory knowledge
  • Minimum Graduation in any stream
