US Individual Taxation Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our US Individual Taxation division. As a key member of our tax team, you will be responsible for managing US Individual Tax Returns, handling complex tax scenarios, and delivering high-quality tax solutions to clients.

The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in US Individual Tax, with a strong focus on client-handling and communication skills. EA Certification is highly preferred, and ability to work in US shift during peak seasons is essential. The selected candidate will also be required to represent clients in front of the IRS when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040NR, State Filings)
  • Handle complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865
  • Lead client discussions, ensure compliance, and deliver quality tax solutions
  • Mentor and guide team members, ensuring timely delivery during peak seasons
  • Represent clients in front of the IRS with POA when required
Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of US Individual Tax experience (with reviewer-level exposure)
  • Strong client-handling and communication skills
  • EA Certification is highly preferred
  • Ability to work in US shift (Jan-Apr, Sep-Oct); 2 PM - 11 PM in off-season
