Strategic Account Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced director to manage customer relationships for key accounts, build relationships with influential stakeholders, and drive profitable revenue growth.

About the Role:

  • Lead revenue growth initiatives aligned with business targets
  • Cultivate opportunities for participation in strategic deals
  • Possess strong stakeholder engagement skills to escalate customer experience issues
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve revenue growth objectives
  • Create opportunities focused on delivering value through solution selling

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of managing large accounts and global account management
  • Experience in complex change management and matrix environments
  • Ability to lead international teams and work in multicultural settings
  • Strong relationship building, communication, and decision making skills
  • Leadership skills and technical sales background preferred

Qualifications:

  • MBA or engineering degree
  • At least 15 years of sales and cross-functional work experience
  • Strong leadership and knowledge of communication technologies
  • Previous experience working with IT/ITES/BPO organizations preferred
