
National Strategic Accounts Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced director to manage customer relationships for key accounts, build relationships with influential stakeholders, and drive profitable revenue growth.
About the Role:
- Lead revenue growth initiatives aligned with business targets
- Cultivate opportunities for participation in strategic deals
- Possess strong stakeholder engagement skills to escalate customer experience issues
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve revenue growth objectives
- Create opportunities focused on delivering value through solution selling
Requirements:
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and global account management
- Experience in complex change management and matrix environments
- Ability to lead international teams and work in multicultural settings
- Strong relationship building, communication, and decision making skills
- Leadership skills and technical sales background preferred
Qualifications:
- MBA or engineering degree
- At least 15 years of sales and cross-functional work experience
- Strong leadership and knowledge of communication technologies
- Previous experience working with IT/ITES/BPO organizations preferred
