**Executive Role Overview**

This role is a key part of our import and export operations, requiring a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage documentation, communication, and logistics.

  • Responsibilities include preparing Export Invoice, Packing List, BL Draft, and other related documents, as well as generating Insurance Certificates through online portals.
  • The successful candidate will have knowledge of handling hazardous cargo, including understanding Haz Class, Packing Groups, and preparing Dangerous Goods Declaration (DGD).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills are required to interact with various stakeholders, including factories, forwarding agents, shipping lines, and customers.

  • Familiarity with MS Office and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle multiple shipments simultaneously and maintain accurate records.
