We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated candidate to fill the position of Voice Process Associate in our team. The selected individual will be responsible for handling customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction: Handle customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve their queries and concerns.
  • Communication Skills: Provide excellent customer service by listening actively, empathizing with customers' issues, and offering solutions promptly.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
  • Knowledge Updates: Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide informed support.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 0-3 years of experience in BPO voice process (inbound/outbound calling).
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills in Marathi & Hindi languages.
  • Work Flexibility: Ability to work on rotational shifts including weekends and holidays.
  • Computer Literacy: Basic computer literacy for data entry purposes.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; graduation preferred.
