Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Voice Process Associate. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent verbal communication skills, a strong problem-solving attitude, and the ability to work night shifts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls from US clients with professionalism, resolving queries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions promptly.

In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate should have a graduate degree in any stream, familiarity with CRM tools and call center software, and the ability to meet performance metrics.

While not mandatory, experience supporting North American clients with a US accent and possessing problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet are highly desirable attributes for this role.
