Are you looking for a new career opportunity? We have an exciting role available for an International Voice Representative.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to work with a large BPO client as an International Voice Representative.

Responsibilities include having good knowledge of insurance processing, being able to read and understand written text, and possessing prior experience in back office operations. The ideal candidate should also be flexible and able to work on weekends if required, support shift rotations, and meet daily production targets.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have prior experience in international calling, preferably in the US
  • Domain expert in insurance-USA
  • Computer skills – Windows OS, MS Office 2003, Image Applications, etc.
  • Should understand customer quality and productivity expectations

Qualifications include being a graduate or undergraduate with a minimum of 6-12 months of experience in a BPO, banking process, mortgage/insurance field. The ideal candidate should also be quick to learn and adapt to changes quickly.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent comprehension of written English, documents
  • Good typing skills (30/35 words per minute)
