We are seeking a dedicated Quality Assurance Specialist for an International Voice Process. If you have experience in quality assurance in an international voice environment within the BPO domain and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to contribute to a fast-paced, international work environment.

Job Description

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating customer interactions (primarily voice calls) to ensure adherence to quality standards and operational procedures. This role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback to agents to improve performance and enhance customer experience.
  • Identify trends and areas for improvement in agent performance and process adherence.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to implement quality improvement initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in quality assurance in an international voice environment within the BPO domain is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in BPO/contact center domain is required.
  • Education: Only Graduates can apply.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in Rotational Shifts.
