Highly Skilled Account Receivable Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Receivable Caller to join our organization. As an Account Receivable Caller, you will be responsible for establishing strong connections with clients' business partners in the United States to follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also work closely with our team to achieve critical service levels and ensure customer satisfaction by responding to customer requests and resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
A solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and its products, services, and processes is essential for this role. Key responsibilities include:
- Connecting with clients' business partners to follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
- Handling complex/aged inventory as a Senior AR Resource.
- Ensuring assigned accounts are worked towards resolution.
- Following established procedures and protocols.
- Assisting in the resolution of outstanding issues from previous transactions.
- Expediting calls to the supervisor when there is a delay in closure of transaction or transaction is crossing the processing timeline as per contract.
- Helping the team to achieve the critical service levels (cash and aging) of the client.
- Responding to customer requests by phone and/or in writing to ensure customer satisfaction and to assure that service standards are met.
- Analyzing medical insurance claims for quality assurance.
- Resolving moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
- Performing routine research on customer inquiries.
- Developing and maintaining a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and of all products, services, and processes performed by the team.
- Daily use of Excel and Word.
- Applying business rules to varying fact situations and making appropriate decisions in a service-oriented role.
