As a skilled professional, you will play a crucial role in managing accounts receivable for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Connect with business partners in the United States to follow up on outstanding accounts receivables.
2. Act as a senior resource handling more complex/aged inventory.
3. Ensure assigned accounts are worked towards resolution in a timely manner.
4. Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
5. Assist in resolving outstanding issues from previous transactions and expedite calls to supervisors when necessary.
6. Help the team achieve critical service levels (cash and aging) of customers by responding to their requests promptly and professionally.
7. Analyze medical insurance claims for quality assurance and resolve moderately routine questions following pre-established guidelines.
8. Perform research on customer inquiries and develop a solid working knowledge of the healthcare insurance industry and its products, services, and processes.
9. Utilize Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word, to manage data and create reports.
10. Apply business rules to varying fact situations and make informed decisions to drive results.
