We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead a major global project, focusing on the upgrade of PLM platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing medium to large-sized IT projects in matrixed environments.

About Our Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in product lifecycle management, particularly with PTC Windchill. They should also have a solid understanding of Quality Management Systems and experience working in the life sciences industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the planning and execution of the project, ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.">
  • Develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules, incorporating best practices and stakeholder requirements.">
  • Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation">
  • Serve as the escalation point for project risks and issues, applying structured problem-solving to resolve challenges.">
  • Oversee validation protocols and compliance deliverables in accordance with FDA and GxP guidelines.">
  • Collaborate with quality systems managers and PLM/PDM owners to validate BOM structures and product data governance.">
  • Ensure seamless integration between PLM platforms and enterprise systems.">
  • Manage vendor relationships, enforcing service-level agreements and resolving conflicts between system integrators.">
  • Lead steering committees, executive reporting, and cross-vendor governance.">
  • Drive organizational change management (training plans, communications, adoption metrics).">
  • Oversee budgeting, financial tracking, and project sizing.">

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.">
  • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.">
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.">
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms (preferably PTC Windchill), Quality Management Systems, and project management methodologies.">
