Job Title: Governance Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Governance Expert to lead our Audit and Compliance initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic compliance programs to ensure alignment with client requirements and regulatory standards.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the audit and compliance team, ensuring effective remediation of audit findings and maintaining a culture of excellence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, auditors, and stakeholders to drive successful delivery of audit and compliance reports.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in audit or compliance, with a focus on contractual compliance.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with high integrity and responsibility.
  • Certified compliance professional (CCP) or equivalent certification highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX, HIPAA, and Data Protection.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience in people management, with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.
