  • As a Senior Project Architect, you will be part of the founding leadership team of our India studio.
  • Work on prestigious architectural projects with international standards and collaboration across global studios.
  • Drive and manage technical delivery while ensuring project oversight, organisation, client coordination, and quality standards alignment.
  • Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and global colleagues to ensure seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead architectural design teams and project meetings, maintaining day-to-day client contact.
  • Develop detailed meeting minutes and manage resource allocation for optimal project performance.
  • Prepare and maintain project programmes, financials, and resourcing data in internal software systems.
  • Ensure quality control, monitor project finances, and report back to stakeholders.
  • Manage contract administration, lead contract negotiations, and collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Recruit, train, and develop junior staff members, foster a cohesive team environment, and promote company values.
  • Oversee employee reviews, provide feedback, and support growth opportunities within the team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in Architecture or equivalent built environment discipline.
  • Registered Architect in India, with demonstrated experience in large-scale architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other industry-standard software.
  • Strong knowledge of Indian building codes, zoning regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Able to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
