Job Title: Operations Specialist

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all vendor deliverables align with CSP standards
  • Develop and implement operational cadence for quality-driven activities, such as RCA reviews, problem management sessions, MBRM, capacity planning, release management, license management, and documentation
  • Identify and highlight risks and issues
  • Maintain compliance with change management processes
  • Design and implement MI runbooks for efficient management of MI
  • Coordinate with vendors on behalf of DN to ensure expected performance during MI
  • Closely collaborate with PO and vendors
  • Provide performance feedback for vendors
  • Support SIAM (Supplier Integration & Management) initiatives
  • Operate within EMEA Timezone + Standby outside EMEA hours for optimal coverage across three zones
  • Report on ITIL Functions Incident, Change, and Problem
Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of CSP standards and ITIL functions
  • Experience with vendor management and coordination
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
