  • Lead the design, planning, and construction of marine structures, including breakwaters, jetties, quay walls, and docks for major port projects.">
  • Provide expertise in coastal and marine engineering to optimize the performance, stability, and sustainability of port infrastructure.">
  • Conduct advanced structural and geotechnical assessments to ensure the long-term durability and stability of marine structures under varying tidal and wave conditions.">
  • Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful execution of marine construction works.">
  • Evaluate environmental regulations and safety standards to minimize impacts on the coastal ecosystem and meet industry best practices.">

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • ">
  • 10+ years of experience in marine structures design, construction, and project execution.">
  • Post Graduate degree in Marine Structures or equivalent, with a strong academic foundation in coastal and marine engineering principles.">
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience in coastal or marine construction, working on breakwater systems, jetties, seawalls, and other port infrastructure.">
  • Proficiency in marine engineering software (e.g., MIKE21, AutoCAD, STAAD Pro) for designing and simulating coastal and marine structures.">
  • Strong knowledge of coastal processes, including hydrodynamics, wave modeling, and sediment transport.">
  • Experience with risk management and ability to develop cost-effective and durable solutions for marine infrastructure.">
  • Proven leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget.">
