We seek an experienced senior engineer to lead the design and development of pressure control equipment per API 6A standards. This role requires an expert with a profound understanding of surface pressure control equipment design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop pressure control equipment per API 6A standards (valves, wellhead components, tree assemblies, etc.).
  • Create detailed 3D models, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials using CAD tools.
  • Validate designs through finite element analysis and mechanical calculations.
  • Ensure compliance with API 6A, ASME, and customer-specific requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with various teams including manufacturing, quality, sales, and supply chain.
  • Provide engineering support for prototype testing, failure analysis, and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Participate in design reviews, DFMEA, and engineering change processes.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal engineering standards and best practices.
  • Assist in preparing technical documentation including material specifications, test procedures, and certification packages.
