Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnosing performance gaps and identifying growth levers through commercial and operational analysis
  • Developing frameworks such as metric trees, brand scoring models, and user segmentation to recommend targeted interventions
  • Driving experiments and initiatives to improve merchant performance, investment efficiency, and return on ad spend (ROAS)
Partner Reporting and Performance Optimisation
  • Designing and automating reporting infrastructure for partners, focusing on visibility into brand-level and zonal-level performance
  • Translating raw data into self-serve dashboards that empower teams to act confidently
Commercial Decision Support
  • Collaborating with General Managers, Sales, Product, and Data Engineering to build insights driving pricing, promotions, campaigns, and supply initiatives
  • Evaluating the impact of incentives and promotional campaigns on Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), order growth, and Takerate uplift
