Job Title

Sr. Inside Partner Executive

The role of an Inside Partner Executive is vital in fostering and sustaining relationships with channel partners, resellers, and distributors to drive sales growth, ensure partner satisfaction, and achieve business objectives.

This position involves collaborating closely with internal sales teams, providing partners with necessary resources, training, and support to maximize their performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner Relationship Management:
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH ASSIGNED CHANNEL PARTNERS.
    • SERVE AS THE MAIN POINT OF CONTACT FOR PARTNER INQUIRIES, ISSUES, AND ESCALATIONS.
  • Sales Enablement:
    • ONBOARD NEW PARTNERS AND PROVIDE ONGOING TRAINING ON PRODUCTS, TOOLS, AND PROCESSES.
    • CONDUCT REGULAR WEBINARS, PRODUCT UPDATES, AND ENABLEMENT SESSIONS.
  • Operational Coordination:
    • COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS (SALES, SUPPORT, LOGISTICS, FINANCE) TO ADDRESS PARTNER NEEDS.
    • ENSURE TIMELY RESOLUTION OF PARTNER ISSUES (PRICING, DELIVERY, COMMISSIONS, ETC.).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in inside sales, channel/partner management, or account management (B2B preferred).
  • Experience in SaaS, industries in Billing & Accounting is a plus.
  • Ability to build trust and rapport with partners.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (phone, email, video conferencing).
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
