Senior Banking Product Manager

Product Development Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced professional to drive the development and delivery of innovative financial products. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, customer focus, and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strategic roadmap for banking solutions
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand customer behavior and emerging trends
- Define and document product requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for banking services
- Ensure all banking products comply with financial regulations, data security standards, and industry guidelines
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for banking products and leverage analytics to measure customer adoption and satisfaction levels
- Act as a liaison between business, technology, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment across all product lifecycle stages
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related fields
- MBA or equivalent is a plus
- 10+ years of product management experience in banking, fintech, or financial services
- Proven track record of launching digital banking products
- Strong knowledge of banking operations, payment systems, and financial products
- Excellent project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, or other product management software
