Job Title: Senior Chief Engineer

Join OCS India as a Senior Chief Engineer and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and technical skills. As a Senior Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of MEP equipment and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the smooth operation of MEP equipment and facilities.
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure equipment is running efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team is meeting goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Graduate engineer (Mechanical/Electrical) with a minimum of 7 – 10 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in taking over engineering machinery from project team.
  • Sound Maintenance Related Job Knowledge.
  • Effective Team Player cum Manager.
  • Ability to interact with a wide range of Client & own staff and strong C-Sat focus.
  • Ability to train the team for service delivery in-line with SOWs, SLAs & KPIs.
  • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated experience with client reporting & preparing MIS.
  • Strong discipline of ensuring succession plan in two-year time.
