Job Title: Chief Executive Officer

At People Equation, we are seeking a seasoned Chief Executive Officer to lead our client, a top 5 globally recognized Crane rental business, to the next level of growth and success.

About the Role

We are looking for a Transformational CEO with a proven track record of executive leadership and P&L management in similar or adjacent industries. The ideal candidate will have a strong strategic and analytical mindset, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire high-performing teams, fostering a culture of speed, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Develop and execute strategic and transformation roadmaps to drive business growth and success.
  • Manage P&L in excess of 500 Cr. and have prior experience in Sales and business development.
  • Expand business in other geographies and create strategic partnerships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of executive leadership and P&L management in similar or adjacent industries.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
