Role Overview

The role in the Founder's Office is a pivotal position that requires proactive problem-solving and exceptional organizational skills. As a key member of the team, you will contribute to strategic planning, project management, and administrative tasks.

Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, preparing reports, conducting market research, and collaborating with various departments to align with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing business strategies to drive company growth.

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the founders, including report preparation, data analysis, and communication with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Strategic Planning, Project Management, and Administrative Support. Experience in conducting Market Research and Data Analysis is highly valued.

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required. Previous experience in a startup environment is an added advantage.
