Role Overview

As a Career Guidance Specialist, you will engage with warm leads via phone and email to discuss how our education can help them achieve their career aspirations. This role requires a student-first mentality, providing exceptional service and advising potential students as if they were close family and friends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise career changers on how to launch into a high growth career through our education from esteemed universities like Wharton, Columbia, INSEAD, MIT Sloan, Berkeley, Kellogg, Cambridge-Judge & Harvard.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads who have inquired about our programs.
  • Provide customized information to interested students via phone and email.
  • Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.
  • Adhere to the inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.
  • Offer feedback to leadership on call quality, observed trends, and insights from student conversations.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in inside sales/consultative selling with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in International Edtech markets.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong phone presence.
  • Comfortable making 120+ dials and/or emails a day to connect with warm leads.
  • Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).
  • Growth Mindset and ability to implement feedback.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process requiring follow-up.
  • Ability to work remotely and hit metrics without being micromanaged.
