  • This role involves leading the implementation and support of Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM deployments and configurations.
  • The primary responsibility is to administer key applications Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM, and OTM throughout their entire lifecycle.
  • Managing Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP application metadata, including provisioning configurations, enterprise applications, domains, and application components such as pillars, environment types, module types, and middleware components.
  • Designing, updating, and implementing user security and roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud Security.
  • Working with Oracle to perform system/service maintenance tasks, backup and recovery of Oracle Fusion Applications.
  • Monitoring Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, and EPM applications performance and architecture, maintaining the Oracle Fusion Cloud reliability, integrity, and recoverability.
  • Developing ERP KPIs and metrics reports and dashboards to view and monitor service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  • Collaborating with internal staff, third-party vendors, and Oracle to update and communicate environment maintenance schedules, refresh schedules, and outages.
  • Viewing and monitoring service detail and service notifications related to patching/critical updates/downtime.
  • Assisting technical team members in managing Oracle Fusion Cloud instance configurations and enterprise applications.
  • Designing and implementing best practices to administer and improve the reliability and security of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP & EPM.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for all issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
