Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a Financial Administrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily routine bank works including coordination with branches for invoice cancellation and issue of invoices.
  • Entries of receipts from all branches, export entries, and invoicing.
  • Preparation of ledgers required by parties and weekly outstanding reports for Export and Domestic Customers.
  • Preparation of debit notes and credit notes required by branches and disposal instructions of Export inwards mailed to the bank.
  • Coordination with banks as necessary and other tasks assigned by Directors and HOD.
  • Payment of Provident fund and ESIC for all branches and sending challans to the HR team.
  • Visits to Banks for documentation of loan approvals as per instruction of HOD.
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation statements for Mumbai and all other branches.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting with at least 2 years in a senior role. Experience in manufacturing industry preferably with elevator or related engineering focus is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (SAP preferred), advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting, familiarity with ERP systems and their integration with accounting functions.
  • Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines, strong communication and interpersonal skills, knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations and tax laws.
