Technology Project Coordinator

About the Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technology Project Coordinator to support our project management team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about technology and project delivery, eager to gain hands-on experience in managing software development projects, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely delivery.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software development projects.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
  • Help prepare project plans, timelines, and status reports.
  • Track progress of deliverables and highlight risks or blockers.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and client meetings.
  • Maintain documentation of project updates, decisions, and dependencies.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the project management framework.
Required Skills:
  • Strong interest in technology, software development, or IT project management.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
