We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee the execution of interior and architectural design projects.

This role requires exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional coordination skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple sites, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget while upholding the design intent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of full-cycle project execution from kick-off to handover.
  • Development of detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Management of timelines, deliverables, and progress for multiple high-end interior or architectural projects.

These responsibilities include leading site supervision efforts to ensure adherence to design and technical specifications, as well as managing internal project teams, site supervisors, contractors, vendors, and consultants.

Strong communication skills are essential for this role, with regular review meetings conducted with clients, designers, and vendors to align expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design or architectural execution.
  • Proven experience handling luxury residential or commercial projects.
  • Strong technical knowledge of materials, construction methods, and interior finishing details.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and basic AutoCAD/SketchUp understanding.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple teams and projects under tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s) preferred.
