Senior Credit Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned credit professional to support our lending team with underwriting, credit analysis, and transaction execution.
The successful candidate will have 7-8 years of relevant experience and work closely with the US team to draft clear and comprehensive credit memos, prepare loan term sheets, and conduct financial analysis to support underwriting decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Draft well-researched credit memos for transactions.
- Prepare, review, and analyze loan agreements.
- Conduct in-depth financial and credit analysis to inform underwriting decisions.
- Identify and assess risks, and provide recommendations to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with the US lending team to ensure timely deal execution.
- Maintain attention to detail while working on multiple transactions simultaneously.
- 7 years of credit analysis / underwriting experience with lenders or investment managers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid foundation in credit fundamentals.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to prepare professional reports and memos.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Exposure to real estate debt is highly preferred. Good understanding of financial modeling.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.
