Job Summary

An Assistant Branch Manager oversees daily branch operations, manages staff, ensures customer satisfaction, implements business strategies, and maintains regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations in the location.
  • Manage resources for drivers, gunmen, and custodians.
  • Plan routes, assign duties, and perform audits.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal, collection, loading, and depositing of cash.
  • Monitor and administer operations in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Conduct surprise audits to ensure adherence to processes.
  • Support ATM Executives in collecting, collating, and reporting daily operations.
  • Ensure hassle-free operations by administering requirements.
  • Prepare crew rosters based on route dispatch times.
  • Maintain hardcopy records of takeover and handover of ATMs.
  • Avoid cash loss during operations by adhering to all-risk mitigation procedures.
  • Timely dispatch routes from Branch/Vault Office.
  • Follow up with Vault officers/Bank officials on cash issuance for ATM replenishment.
  • Brief teams on assigned tasks, SOPs, and operations.
