Investment Banking Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Investment Banking Manager to fill this key role. This position is part of our IB Operations team, working closely with client partners to enhance processes and controls that drive capacity and scale.

The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen with a focus on finance industry, specifically capital markets and derivatives. They should be skilled in data analysis, multi-tasking, and creative problem-solving.

  • Independently handle clients and client calls– establish self as a valued partner.
  • Escalate issues to client and internal managers to bring issues to their attention promptly to avoid client escalation
  • Develop domain expertise and lead from the front.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA or Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
  • 6 to 10 years of experience in managing a team of at least 25 members, with good understanding and knowledge of Investment Banking Operations.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality solutions and insightful analysis on various projects, ranging in complexity and scope.
  • Prior experience with offshoring processes and methodologies is highly preferred.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to network and earn confidence of diverse Client personnel, plus interaction with and management of eClerx India based operations team.
