Strategic Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead the development and maintenance of high-value relationships with business clients. This critical role demands expertise in building effective sourcing channels, managing portfolios, and ensuring sustainability and ethical practices.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Developing and optimizing supply chain strategies to reduce costs and enhance efficiency
  • Managing a portfolio of investments or projects to achieve financial objectives and maximize returns while mitigating risks
  • Closely monitoring loan outstanding and effectively managing loan portfolios to balance growth with risk profile
  • Delinquency management and non-performing asset management through timely intervention and collections
  • Developing sustainable sourcing channels and evaluating suppliers based on past trends and policies
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions, financial assessments, and transactions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in business banking
  • Bachelor's or post-graduation degree in a related field
  • Adequate knowledge of financial assessment, proficient in banking products & services, portfolio management, and product knowledge
