Job Title: Brand Management Lead

Job Description:

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker to develop and implement brand management strategies that enhance the institution's visibility, reputation, and engagement.

As the Brand Management Lead, you will be responsible for building and positioning the institution's brand across stakeholders, ensuring consistency of brand identity across all channels (digital, print, events), and driving brand presence on social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities include defining and executing branding strategy aligned with institutional goals, developing strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry bodies, and managing internal communications and alumni engagement.

Additional responsibilities include organizing branding events, education fairs, conferences, and community outreach, collaborating with academic, CRC, and admissions teams for brand alignment, and leveraging analytics for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
  1. Brand Strategy & Management:
  • Define and execute branding strategy aligned with institutional goals.
  • Ensure consistency of brand identity across all channels (digital, print, events).
  • Build brand recall and equity within the education ecosystem.
  1. Public Relations & Media Management:
  • Develop strong relationships with media, influencers, and industry bodies.
  • Draft press releases, articles, and speeches for leadership.
  • Manage media coverage, crisis communication, and institutional reputation.
  1. Digital & Social Media Presence:
  • Drive brand presence on Twitter, Instagram, and other platforms.
  • Oversee content strategy, storytelling, and digital campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics for continuous improvement.
  1. Events & Outreach:
  • Organize branding events, education fairs, conferences, and community outreach.
  • Ensure institutional visibility at national and international forums.
  1. Stakeholder Communication:
  • Manage internal communications and alumni engagement.
  • Collaborate with academic, CRC, and admissions teams for brand alignment.
